January Steeve NZENGUI MOUKALA joined the Supdeco Dakar Group in 2016, where he brilliantly completed his Master 2 in Air Transport Management, thus charting his path to becoming an expert in the field. Its objective was clear: to make a significant contribution to the construction of air transport in Africa and around the world.

Determined with a clear professional vision, the doors of civil aviation opened to him in 2014, first in Senegal with the Transair Group and then in Gabon with Afric’Aviation. In these entities, he received training in air operations and is responsible, inter alia, for the preparation of flight records and the management of passengers and baggage.

In July 2015, Janvier Steeve gained new experiences as an intern at Air France in Senegal for four months. Its tasks included the reception and check-in of passengers, as well as the management of passengers in need of assistance. In July 2019, he took the position of Program Manager at BISA Senegal, which allows him to strengthen his managerial skills.

In December 2020, Janvier Steeve takes up the position of Runway Operations Supervisor at Gabon’s first airport, Léon MBA International Airport in Libreville. Its main task is to manage airside safety.

Since March 2024, he has held the position of Systems Performance and Monitoring Manager for the Safety Management System at the Léon MBA International Airport in Libreville.

In addition to his duties, Janvier Steeve has distinguished himself as the initiator and designer of a monthly awareness campaign to maintain an optimal level of runway safety at Libreville Airport, thus demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence.
