As part of the continuous improvement of the skills of our students, Supdeco Career Center, in partnership with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), has organized a series of training sessions on job search techniques. This event, which took place from 01 to 05 July at the Centre of Excellence and Training (CEF+) of Supdeco, Campus Point E, allowed participants to benefit from intensive and hands-on workshops.
Training modules
Students had the opportunity to participate in three main modules:
- Personal Development: This module helped students get to know each other better and identify their strengths and weaknesses, in order to optimize their career path.
- Preparation of the Application File: Participants learned how to create powerful CVs and cover letters, tailored to the requirements of the job market.
- Job Interview Simulation: Practical exercises allowed students to prepare for job interviews, working on their presentation and communication techniques.
Award ceremony
The training concluded with a certificate ceremony for participants on July 9, again at Supdeco’s CEF+. This ceremony marked the recognition of the students’ commitment to their professional development and their preparation for integration into the labour market.
