- Understanding the needs and challenges of results-based M&E in Africa

- Understand key concepts on M&E
- Developing practical knowledge on results-based M&E
- Addressing the challenges of gender-based M&E in Africa
- Establish a network of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the area of monitoring and evaluation
