A Café de la Recherche dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Supdeco Dakar Group with the generic theme: shared growth levers between Air Transport and Tourism.

The first symposium of its kind on airline management issues in Africa.

It was an opportunity to return to the Management of the defunct Air Afrique company to learn Management lessons through a panel with high quality speakers and exceptional skills: Commander Malick Tall, President Aboubacar Sedikhe Sy Founder of the Sup de Co Dakar Group, Dr Djiby Ly Director of the School of Transport and Logistics of the Supdeco Group.

An airline is first and foremost a company, its prosperity is not in question when its daily actions are in tune with a well-tuned business model. After 41 years of operation on 25 April 2002, the Commercial Court of Abidjan ordered the liquidation of Air Afrique. Created in 1961, Air Afrique has contributed to the economic development of African states for more than three decades.

The Air and Tourism Hub strategy

The development of the aeronautical sector is an important part of the development process initiated since 2013. The Strategic Plan put in place should make Senegal the 1st sub-regional Air Hub with a reference, connected international airport and a hub of diversified activities.
