The Supdeco Group’s Student Service Department recently organised a workshop on “Public Speaking & Self Confidence” as part of its “Roads to Success” programme. This extremely important event took place on Friday, March 22 at the Faidherbe Campus, under the direction of SENGHOR Coly Laity, a renowned Certified Coach and Trainer, also Director of the BABA COACHING Cabinet.
The objective of the workshop was clear: to provide our students with a rewarding and hands-on experience to develop their public speaking skills and build their self-confidence. These skills, which are essential in the professional and personal world, are often sought after and valued.
During this day of learning and exchange, participants benefited from the valuable advice and techniques provided by Mr. SENGHOR Coly Laity, who shared his expertise and experience with passion and commitment. Students had the opportunity to explore various aspects of public speaking, such as managing trac, structuring speech, non-verbal communication, and much more.
The workshop was designed in an interactive way, encouraging the active participation of students. This allowed participants to put the concepts into practice and gradually improve their skills throughout the day.
