NTSAÏE-MAYILA Eddy-Christ joined Groupe Supdeco Dakar in 2005, where he successively earned his BTS, DTS, and Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics (2007–2009). From the very beginning of his academic journey, he stood out for his rigor and passion for organization and operational safety. His additional training, including a Master’s in Coastal and Maritime Activities Management and several professional certifications in port management and air operations, strengthened his technical and operational expertise.
His professional career began in 2005 with internships at Société Gabonaise de Transit et d’Affrètement in Libreville, where he assisted the Transit Manager in monitoring customs files and managing import-export flows. He continued his experience at SKY Gabon S.A, where he successively held the positions of Freight Handling Agent/Import-Export Service (2010–2014) and Air Operations Agent (2014–2016). In this role, he was responsible for flight feasibility, managing dangerous goods, and overseeing all air operations, while training staff on safety procedures.
In 2016, Eddy-Christ joined FOBERD Gabon and SOTRASGAB, first as Logistics Manager Assistant and later as Head of Logistics Department. He coordinated vehicle and equipment flows, managed administrative control, supervised teams, prepared budgets, and implemented operational procedures ensuring efficiency and safety.
His port career began in 2017 with OPRAG, where he served as Port Officer, Deputy Commander of Port Môle, and Deputy Head of Security Service (2017–2023). He supervised port facility security in compliance with the ISPS Code, coordinated security teams, monitored vessel movements at berth, and prepared statistical and technical reports. His expertise ensured a high level of safety and operational efficiency in a complex environment.
Since May 2025, NTSAÏE-MAYILA Eddy-Christ has been Head of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Department at the Commercial Port of Port Gentil, where he leads QHSE policy, develops and monitors procedures, trains and raises staff awareness, and coordinates audits to optimize safety and quality in port operations.
Today, Eddy-Christ continues to excel in his field and perfectly embodies the values of Groupe Supdeco: rigor, discipline, and commitment. His exemplary career in logistics and port security is an inspiration for our students and young alumni.
