Marketing Inside: SUPDECO Dakar Highlights Careers in Marketing

On February 13, 2026, at Amphi Faidherbe, Groupe SUPDECO Dakar organized the event “Marketing Inside: Zoom on Marketing Careers”, a pedagogical initiative designed to connect students with the professional realities of the marketing field.

Through two complementary panels, the morning explored marketing in all its dimensions: from strategic analysis to operational execution, from data-driven insights to value creation.

Panel 1: Careers in Analysis and Decision-Making

Moderated by Dr. Fatoumata Gaye Diop, Marketing Lecturer and Researcher, the first panel laid the foundations of strategic marketing: understanding before acting.

Discussions highlighted the central role of market research, quantitative and qualitative data, and consumer insights in building effective strategies. Speakers explained how rigorous market analysis enables organizations to:
