A big thanks to all our partners, speakers and participants in the launch of the Master in Management of Health and Social Organizations of the Executive Academy of the Supdeco Dakar Group.
This panel, moderated by Dr. Adama Ndiaye, Head of the MOSS Master, was attended by a hundred students, experts and professionals in the presence of Mr. Ousmane DIA, Director of Public Health Institutions, Mr. Moussa Same DAFF, Administrator of the National Hospital Dalal Jamm, Ms. Karine AIDIBE, Administrative and Financial Director Clinique Madeleine and Dr. Bane, Director of the School of Management Supdeco.
“The originality of this training lies in the close and permanent links forged between education and those involved in health and social organisations. This articulation makes it possible to combine technical management skills, knowledge and know-how in all aspects of management applied to health and social organisations”, recalls Mr Ndiaye.
In this way, the Master’s degree guarantees future graduates a quick and successful integration into health and social organizations as director of a social, medico-social or hospital service establishment, entrepreneur in the health and social sector, project manager in a public or private health organization, task manager, department manager, HR manager, management controller, among other opportunities.
Speakers praised the initiative to launch such a master’s programme, which aims to put people at the heart of all activities and contributes to making the health sector much more resilient. These modules should be included in the university curriculum of medical students, they believe.
