The Seminars Department of the Supdeco Dakar group, organizes, on 10 – 11 – 12 May 2023, a training session on: “Pedagogical Engineering and Training Management” in Dakar.
Purpose of training:
- Know the fundamentals of training and pedagogical engineering.
- Acquire a methodology to design an effective and coherent training project.
- Study the training request and construct the terms of reference.
- Choosing to use an external provider.
- Develop its internal training activities: from the design of pedagogical sequences to the evaluation of training.

Training managers and assistants, HR/personnel managers, training managers, trainers…
