The students of our School of Engineering and Technology held their homecoming lecture. Mrs. Yasmine Sy Sarr, Director of Strategy and Development, Dr. Falou, Director of the School of Engineering and Technology and other officials within the SET, gave the trend of what awaits our neo-entrants: “an academic year with a strengthening of the hybridization of skills, new teaching methods, more associative life, more digital entrepreneurship, more international».
The tone is set, the year is launched!
This first day of classes was punctuated by presentations of the school’s various departments, conferences and digital workshops led by the various program managers, experts and students.
Those two days were marked by:
- A “Digitalk” on the theme “The Cloud Computing, lever of the digital transformation of companies”, animated by Mr. BA, IT/Cloud Project Manager, SONATEL
- A “Business Tuesday” with the company @CNC-Shape evolving in machining and AI applied to 3D printing. The theme of this session was: «Numerical control technologies: 3D printing»
- Practical 3D printing workshops for students
