Adama NIANG joined the Supdeco Dakar Group in 2017, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in 2019. Since the beginning of her studies, Adama has distinguished herself by her commitment and dedication to academic and community activities.

Mr. NIANG began his professional career in March 2006 at CBAO Groupe Attijariwafa bank as a Bank Accountant. For nearly ten years, he has been involved in banking reconciliation and taxation, analysis of Front and Back Office accounts, asset management and inventory tracking. His expertise and professionalism allowed him to move quickly within the CBAO.

In October 2015, Adama was promoted to Head of Personnel Administration and Manager of IPMCBAO. In this role, he has demonstrated an excellent command of human resources management, ensuring administrative efficiency and employee well-being.

In December 2020, he joined SETER (TER Operating Company) as Head of Compensation & Social Relations. Its main responsibilities included administration and compensation management, management of industrial relations, enforcement of labour laws and relations with social organizations. Its ability to create a harmonious working environment has been widely recognized.

In December 2021, Adama NIANG was appointed Director of Human Capital at SONES (Société Nationale des Eaux du Sénégal). It has contributed to the implementation of HR policies, to the creation of a climate of dialogue and understanding, and to the management of changes in the payroll. He also worked for the establishment of a SIRH, and ensured compliance with the regulations in force.

Since September 2022, Adama has held the position of Director of Human Resources at SETER. It structures HR processes, manages recruitment and training, and ensures optimal management of human resources while ensuring a good social climate. It defines the HR strategy by ensuring compliance with legal provisions, advises the management on the necessary measures, and builds the employer brand while driving the skills development strategy.

Mr. NIANG’s skills are varied and include a mastery of human resources management, tax and social risk management strategies, a thorough knowledge of labour law regulations, and expertise in the preparation and budgeting of personnel costs. His extensive experience in financial management and banking accounting complements his profile.
