{"id":9983,"date":"2025-05-26T12:13:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T10:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/supdeco.sn\/?p=9983"},"modified":"2025-05-26T12:13:05","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T10:13:05","slug":"forum-ecole-entreprise-2025-deux-journees-pour-connecter-les-talents-aux-enjeux-de-demain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/supdeco.sn\/en\/forum-ecole-entreprise-2025-deux-journees-pour-connecter-les-talents-aux-enjeux-de-demain\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 School-Business Forum: Two Days Connecting Talents to Tomorrow\u2019s Challenges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On May 21 and 22, 2025, the Supdeco Dakar Group held the 9th edition of its School-Business Forum at the Dakar Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (CCIAD).<\/p>\n<p>Under the theme: \u201cArtificial Intelligence and the Transformation of Jobs: Opportunities and Challenges for Tomorrow\u2019s Talents\u201d,<\/p>\n<p>the event reaffirmed its role as a strategic platform linking academia, industry, and public institutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opening Ceremony and Immersion into the Professional World<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first day began with an official opening ceremony featuring impactful speeches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chim\u00e8re NDIAYE, Secretary General of the CCIAD, praised Supdeco as a pioneer in school-business collaboration and encouraged students to be bold.<\/li>\n<li>Youssou DIOP, Executive Director of CNES, advocated for a strong and structured partnership between education and industry.<\/li>\n<li>Abdoul Aziz SY, Deputy CEO of Supdeco, shared a forward-looking vision emphasizing the importance of human-centered mastery of AI.<\/li>\n<li>Amadou WAGNE, representative of the Minister of Higher Education, confirmed Supdeco\u2019s alignment with national priorities focused on STEM and innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A dynamic exhibition followed, showcasing stands from prominent companies and institutions such as:<\/p>\n<p>Port Autonome de Dakar, SENELEC, CMA CGM, KPMG, SANLAM, UBA, AUCHAN, AGL, ANPEJ, ADEPME, the Directorate of Employment, and several Supdeco departments.<\/p>\n<p>The afternoon featured direct recruitment interviews and project funding sessions for young entrepreneurs.
