As part of the continuous improvement of the skills of our students, Supdeco Career Center, in partnership with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), has organized a series of training sessions on job search techniques. This event, which took place from 01 to 05 July at the Centre of Excellence and Training (CEF+) of Supdeco, Campus Point E, allowed participants to benefit from intensive and hands-on workshops.<\/p>\n

Training modules<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students had the opportunity to participate in three main modules:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Personal Development<\/strong>: This module helped students get to know each other better and identify their strengths and weaknesses, in order to optimize their career path.<\/li>\n
  2. Preparation of the Application File<\/strong>: Participants learned how to create powerful CVs and cover letters, tailored to the requirements of the job market.<\/li>\n
  3. Job Interview Simulation<\/strong>: Practical exercises allowed students to prepare for job interviews, working on their presentation and communication techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Award ceremony<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The training concluded with a certificate ceremony for participants on July 9, again at Supdeco\u2019s CEF+. This ceremony marked the recognition of the students\u2019 commitment to their professional development and their preparation for integration into the labour market.<\/p>\n

    Students expressed their gratitude to Supdeco Career Center and AUF for this rewarding initiative. They stressed the importance of these trainings in their academic and professional careers, and now feel better prepared to meet the challenges of the professional world.<\/p>\n

    This partnership with AUF demonstrates Supdeco\u2019s commitment to providing development and development opportunities for its students, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed in their careers.
