Mame Aminata Fall MBOUP joined the Supdeco Dakar Group in 2012 where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a diploma that encompasses all the necessary concepts (knowledge, methods, techniques) to manage an organization. At that time, she was involved in the association and sports life of the school, she even became captain of the Volleyball team at Supdeco. Mame Aminata is continuing her studies, obtaining her Master in Finance in 2015 in order to strengthen her skills in management, data analysis and reporting in order to optimize the performance of any company.<\/p>\n
Her professional insertion began in October 2013 as a trainee, in charge of reception and customer services at BICIS Groupe BNP Parabas, and then as a risk monitoring officer, ranging from monitoring the decisions of the watch-list \/ Doubtful client committee, but also ensuring compliance with the various conditions of overrun and the right level of power…<\/p>\n
In search of professional experience and driven by the desire for success, Mame Aminata joined Banque Atlantique in Dakar in February 2016 for a position as an intern in the service of institutional clients.\u00a0Subsequently, she returned to her roots by joining BICIS BNP Paribas Group in July 2016 as a trainee, first as a commercial negotiation officer before being assigned to the retail clientele\/commercial animation department.\u00a0Her commitment to this institution and her dedication to the work earned her the position of Assistant to the Professional Affairs Officer in February 2018.\u00a0She held this position on an acting basis in December 2018.\u00a0She was responsible for opening and managing professional accounts, analysing credit files, renewing client commitments, applying the group risk policy, participating in commercial and administrative management, etc. In July 2019, she held the position of full-time professional business manager with the same task at BICIS Groupe BNP Parabas.<\/p>\n
In April 2022, Mame Aminata Fall MBOUP was appointed Head of Professional Affairs at Banque de Dakar, a bank now run by an alumni of the Supdeco group. Its task is to implement the business strategy under the direct authority of the directors of individual & commercial banking for the achievement of the annual targets in terms of jobs, resources, accounts, products and banking services, within the framework of sound and profitable portfolio management, to develop and monitor the portfolio of private and professional clients falling within the target defined by the bank in this segment… It is also responsible for negotiating the conditions for implementing the solutions offered to its clients while scrupulously applying the risk policy defined by the bank.
