Passionate about organization and flow optimization, he acquired both theoretical and practical skills that allowed him to quickly integrate into the professional world.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"acareerbuiltondiversityandexcellence\"><strong>A Career Built on Diversity and Excellence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In 2013, he began his career at <strong>SENSTOCK<\/strong>, managing petroleum stock, then moved to <strong>DHL<\/strong>, where he discovered the inner workings of customs transit. After a stint in customer relations at <strong>PCCI Group<\/strong>, he returned to logistics with impactful experiences at <strong>H&amp;D Industrie<\/strong> and <strong>Philip Morris International<\/strong>, where he managed international transport and export process optimization for two years.<\/p>\n<p>His career stands out for his ability to thrive in diverse environments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SOXLLA (2018):<\/strong> Booking Agent for Dakar Dem Dikk<\/li>\n<li><strong>China Road and Bridge Corporation (2019\u20132021):<\/strong> Team Supervisor on Senegal\u2019s highways<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"fromlogisticstoenergyarisingtrajectory\"><strong>From Logistics to Energy: A Rising Trajectory<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In 2021, Tafsir joined <strong>Halliburton<\/strong> as a <strong>Material Coordinator<\/strong>, strengthening his expertise in material management and digital tools (SAP MM, Excel). Since 2023, he has continued his rise at <strong>Woodside Energy Senegal<\/strong>, where he has held the roles of <strong>Logistics &amp; Material Coordinator<\/strong> and now <strong>Business Analyst<\/strong>. He leverages his skills in data analysis, reporting, performance tracking, Power BI, and stakeholder management to support one of the country\u2019s major energy projects.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"arolemodelforfuturegenerations\"><strong>A Role Model for Future Generations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tafsir embodies Supdeco\u2019s values: discipline, curiosity, and adaptability.
